OVERNIGHT OATS

Mix and leave overnight:-
160g Oats
Heaped teaspoon of chia seeds
200ml Almond milk
In the morning stir in:-
Pinch of cinnamon
X1 grated apple
X1 banana
20g sugar / teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
Add x2-3 Toppings of your choice:-
Thinly sliced apple or pear
Desiccated coconut / chia seeds
Chopped Nuts – almonds / walnuts
Dried fruit – dates / prunes / apricots
Spoonful of natural yogurt

GRANOLA

Mix together:-
200g of rolled oats
50g chopped almonds
50g sunflower seeds
50g dried apricots
10ml agave nectar
50g raisins
pinch of salt
Spread thinly over a lined baking tray and bake on 180 degrees C for ten minutes. Allow to cool and store in airtight container.
Serve with milk or toppings of your choice:-
Natural Yogurt
Fresh berries
Banana
Almond milk / Oat milk

BERRY AND OAT SMOOTHIE

Blend together until smooth:-
400 ml almond/oat/rice milk,
Two handfuls of rolled oats
Handful of red fruit - blueberries / raspberries / strawberries / blackberries
A cup of apple juice - freshly juiced if possible
Juice of half a lime.
Top with extra fruit if required
